Instead, I routed the question through a third-party company that handles the purchase & download, but that company got back to me instantly to say they forwarded my email to Aiseeoft - and next day I got a cordial reply from Aiseeoft with a copy of the registration code I used at the time of purchase. Unsure what to do, I emailed Aiseesoft - or thought I did. Next problem: A month or so later I accidentally erased the Aiseesoft program during a full restore from backup. Great user interface, IMO, and seamless conversion to Mac QuickTime video format. Another easy-to-navigate "destination" field lets a Mac user navigate the familiar way to where the converted files should go. MOV choice in a huge list of alternative formats. A file type dropdown shows the Mac-friendly. This program is easy to use - it downloads and installs without a hitch, then takes only a few minutes to learn intuitively. To solve the compatibility problem, I bought Aiseesoft Video Converter. After buying two well-reviewed camera brands I discovered their AVIs would not run on my computer (macOS Ventura 13.6.3 on Intel MacBook). Also zero experience using trail cameras, which make AVI files. Long time Mac user with zero experience using AVI files.
